FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1.  ARE BOUNCE HOUSES SAFE?

Bounce House are as safe as playing in your own home, sometimes even safer.  We want the children to be as safe as possible, so our trained employees will go over the safety rules prior to set up.  Please ask questions, and review all safety rules before your event begins.

2.  ARE THE INFLATABLES CLEAN?

Yes, we have full time staff that are dedicated to the cleaning and sanitizing each inflatable after every use.

3. CAN WE SET UP THE BOUNCE HOUSE ANYWHERE IN OUR YARD?

The bounce house needs to be within 50 feet of a power source.  You can add up to 50 feet of extension cords (12 Gage minimum), but the blower will decrease in efficiency as the extension cord gets longer.  The ground should be as level as possible.  We ask that you mow your lawn at least 2 days prior to your event.  This will cut down grass clippings that the children accumulate on their socks.  We also ask that if you have backyard pets, please make sure your yard is clean prior to inflating your rental.

4.  CAN YOU SET UP AN INFLATBALE ON CONCRETE?

It is HIGHLY recommended that the inflatable be set up on GRASS whenever possible.

5.  CAN WE SET UP AN INFLATABLE IN A PARK OR OTHER PUBLIC AREAS?

Yes, we do set up in public parks, and public areas where we are allowed.  We are insured at many locations in RI for this.  Please check the location to see if there is power first, and if not, make plans to rent a generator.  Bounce With Us does not rent generators.

6.  WHAT IS A SAFETY ATTENDANT, AND WHY WOULD I NEED ONE?

Safety attendants are available at an hourly rate if needed for corporate events to monitor inflatable unit usage.

7.  DO WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

Yes, for any rental, we do require a $50.00 dollar deposit which is non-refundable.   Please see the "info" page on the website for more details.
 No reservation is confirmed until the deposit has been received.

8.  DOES BOUNCE WITH US, LLC HAVE INSURANCE?

Of course, as a matter of fact, it is illegal to operate without liability and property insurance. 

9.  HOW MUCH SHOULD WE EXPECT TO PAY FOR AN INFLATABLE?

You get what you pay for.  Cheap bounce houses cost less and therefore are rented for less.  The higher quality bounce house, with the latest safety features and better bounce cost more and therefore they cost more to rent.  We supply only the highest, made in the USA only bounce houses.  If you want the convenience of having someone deliver, set up, give instruction, and remove the inflatable, you will pay more.  We also offer the option of keeping the rental(s) for an additional day for another $75.00.

10.  IF WE NEED TO CANCEL, WILL I STILL BE CHARGED?

If you cancelation is weather related, and we have received your cancelation prior to 7 days before your event, then we can reschedule your date or refund your money less the deposit.  The deposit will go into a credit good for one year.  This applies to WEATHER related cancelations only.  Any other cancelation will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

11.  WHAT ARE THE RULES WHEN USING A BOUNCE HOUSE?

Generally speaking, no food or drink, no footwear, no sharp objects, no visible metal zippers, no medical conditions including pregnancy, no wrestling/rough housing, no hanging on the netting, no climbing on the outside, no SILLY STRING ,and no sand.

12.  WHAT DO WE DO IF THE INFLATABLE IS UP AND IT STARTS TO RAIN?

Unplug the blower and move it out of the rain while you let the until deflate.  Once the rain has stopped, reattach the blower and plug back into a power source.  Having the inflatable blown up after rain will help drain the accumulated water run from the inside.  Please wipe down the unit to avoid slipping.  The vinyl gets slippery when wet.

13.  WHAT IF THE INFLATABLE IS DAMAGED DURING THE EVENT?

If there is a defect in the unit, there will be no charge. Depending on the situation, if the inflatable is damaged due to a preventable circumstance(example-dog chewed on it, someone cut it with a knife, of sharp object on clothing) then a repair fee will be incurred. 

14.  WHY CHOOSE BOUNCE WITH US, LLC FOR YOUR RENTAL AND EVENTS?

We know that choosing a party rental company can be a difficult decision.  A decision often made based solely on price.  While we try to offer the best value for your inflatable rental needs, we are realistic in knowing that some other company would likely "undercut" our price just to get your business..  We are able to supply referrals from our repeat customers, and reviews can be found all over the state!
